It started as one teacher with a brilliant idea; now it's a team of skilled individuals, all working towards one goal:
reducing teacher workload
Excellence in our products and service
Respect for the teacher's craft and the culture of the school
Understanding of the challenges in order to provide the solutions
Charity Wilson Director/Creator of Mappix
With ten years' experience in the classroom, Charity knows how hectic a teacher's life is. It's her understanding of the demands of the job - plus years spent working in senior leadership, compiling data (what else?) - that give her the insight to develop effective systems that lighten the workload and benefit pupils.
If she's not attending conferences or visiting head teachers, she'll be
fine-tuning developments, probably with a small dog, called Wilfred,
asleep on her lap.
Becky Allen Business Manager
Becky brings the 'can-do' to the company; no task is too challenging for her wealth of experience. A natural planner, she delivers customer care, sales support and event management... in one insightful and inspiring package!
With a keen understanding of our product, brand and most importantly what schools need, Becky has big plans for our little company.
When she's not hard at work, Becky is walking her dog, raising boys
and pressing cider apples (this month, anyway!).

Ben Crowe Consultant Education Statistician
Ben worked as a lead educational statistician at County level for sixteen years, offering schools advice and support with all things data. More recently, he has taken up a position in a thriving secondary, where he puts his expert knowledge to work to measure impact. His experience gives him a unique perspective on how to collate data and answer the questions that governing bodies are required to ask.
When he's not at work, Ben is outdoors... cycling, surfing and
embracing the true meaning of work-life balance.
